Chief National Programs Officer, Rose Santini will share information about HOBY, its mission and programs. Rose Santini

Chief National Programs Officer, HOBY International

Rose has been with HOBY since November 2004. Rose manages the planning of HOBY’s national leadership programs, including Leadership Seminars and CLeWs. She manages 18 leadership seminar sites, mostly located in the southeast region of the United States. Rose has also co-chaired HOBY’s annual Volunteer Training Institute for the past 17 years, maintaining the Operations area for the event, which welcomes 200 volunteers and staff members each year.

Zainab Mirza

Beta Lambda Chapter '20, HOBY '14

Zainab Mirza is a recent graduate of American University and alumna of the Beta Lambda Chapter. She is passionate about climate change, student leadership, and tacos! As a member of the Beta Lambda Chapter, Zainab served many roles including Recruitment Chair and National Delegate. She learned about Phi Sigma Pi through the HOBY, of which she was an ambassador during the 2014 Maryland Seminar. Since then, Zainab has volunteered every year and filled numerous roles including Co-Founder and Director of the Green Team, and most recently Director of Team Alumni, responsible for overseeing the high-school-aged volunteers.

Hillary Nicoll

Alpha Theta Chapter '10, NYMAAC

Hillary joined Phi Sigma Pi in Fall 2007 at the Alpha Theta Chapter, Rutgers University. She graduated in 2010 with a double major in Economics and Theatre Arts. Currently, she serves as the Treasurer for the Phi Sigma Pi Foundation Board of Directors and Events Coordinator for NYMAAC, the New York Metro Area Alumni Chapter. Hillary has  been volunteering with HOBY since 2016, first as a Facilitator for NY Metro Seminar and has been a Facilitator with NJ for the past 3 years. This year, Hillary served as New Jersey's Director of Fundraising, in addition to serving as Facilitator for the virtual NY METRO senior, and later this summer she will also participate in NJ's virtual seminar.
