Are you a newly elected Officer for your Chapter or interested in becoming an Officer? Having concerns and fears about your new role is normal. Many of us are afraid of failing, especially when others are depending on us. However, failure is nothing to fear. Watch the Leadership in Action Module, First-Time Officer- Face Your Fears led by Alumni Member, Clancy Apgar (Gamma Eta Chapter).
During this Module you will:

- Learn to overcome mismatches between skills and situations
- Explore how to thrive in your new role
- Discuss the mistakes new Officers make
To earn your LiA points, watch the Module recording and then share a goal from the 3-2-1 Action Plan in the Participant Workbook.
Once you complete the steps, you may download or print out a Module certificate and your 6 Leadership in Action points will be entered into your account.

Once you download the Digital Participant Workbook, you will need to open it from the folder it is saved on their laptop/tablet or from Adobe Reader. The PDF must be opened in the Adobe Reader program.
Do not open the PDF from the download bar in the web browser. The PDF cannot be saved with notes if opened from the download bar in a web browser.
Once opened in Adobe Reader, you will be able to fill in the boxes, checkboxes and notes sections throughout the workbook.
Save your completed workbook so you can refer back to it when needed.
