Navigating The Workplace is the first part of the Professional Etiquette Webinar Series. Alumni Members, Maria Chambers (Beta Upsilon Chapter '07) and Brittany Hennings Lee (Zeta Gamma Chapter '17) will lead us through how to navigate a new workplace from your start date to building a workplace support system, the resources that are available to you and the skills use on a daily basis.

Maria Chambers

Assistant Program Director of Integration

Maria Chambers (Beta Upsilon Chapter ’07) is the Assistant Program Director of Integration at the Behavioral Health Network (BHN). Prior to joining BHN in 2016, she was an Outpatient Clinician for Pathways where she provided individual and family therapy services to adults, children, and families living in urban communities.  At BHN, she oversees two care management programs (One Care and Behavior Health Community Partners) as they work to coordinate medical, behavioral health, and social services for adults with chronic medical and behavioral health conditions. Maria uses her clinical expertise to guide her teams in working with members who struggle with chronic substance use and those who are at risk of suicidality.  As a member of the leadership team, she contributes to the development of program policies and workflows, collaborates with stakeholders to meet the needs of the programs, provides supervision to her team members, develops strategies to motivate and inspire staff to meet program deadline and productivity expectations. Maria obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA.  She has a Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College. When she is not at work, she enjoys binge watching her favorite tv shows, baking, and spending quality time with her husband and son.

Brittany Hennings

Marketing Communications Specialist

Brittany Hennings Lee (Zeta Gamma Chapter '17) is the Marketing Communications Specialist at Sea-Land Chemical Company as of February 2020. Brittany joined Sea-Land as an intern during her junior year of college. She attended Cleveland State University and received a BBA in marketing with a minor in biology.  Following graduation Brittany became the first Marketing Communications Specialist for the company. In her role she is responsible for a large array of tasks including; media buy, social media management, website management, brand management, creating and implementing marketing campaigns for new product launches and special events. Her hobbies include hitting the gym for strength training and wheel throwing at a local studio.
