Learning how to receive feedback in a constructive way is a skill! However, it takes practice to receive feedback positively and how do we know if the feedback is valid? Find out during the Leadership in Action Module, Successful Feedback- Receiving Feedback, led by CEB Advisor, Ashlyn Jackson (Delta Tau Chapter).

During this Module you will:

  • Implement the three keys to receiving feedback.
  • React positively when receiving feedback.
  • Evaluate feedback and determine its importance and validity.

To earn your LiA points, watch the Module recording and then share a goal from the 3-2-1 Action Plan in the Participant Workbook.

Once you complete the steps, you may download or print out a Module certificate and your 6 Leadership in Action points will be entered into your account.

Open to download resource. To download and type in the workbook you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader downloaded to access the edited or customized PDF. Adobe Reader is a free program that can be downloaded here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/ Once you download the Digital Participant Workbook, you will need to open it from the folder it is saved on their laptop/tablet or from Adobe Reader. The PDF must be opened in the Adobe Reader program. Do not open the PDF from the download bar in the web browser. The PDF cannot be saved with notes if opened from the download bar in a web browser. Once opened in Adobe Reader, you will be able to fill in the boxes, checkboxes and notes sections throughout the workbook. Save your completed workbook so you can refer back to it when needed.
