The "17 Characteristics of an Excellent Member" course offers candidates an enriching exploration of the key attributes that define excellence within a member's role. In this course, candidates will review the comprehensive list of 17 Characteristics of an Excellent Member, engage in a self-evaluation process to identify strengths and growth areas within these characteristics and embrace a personal challenge to actively implement these traits in their leadership journey.

Course Highlights:

• Reviewing the Characteristics:
  • Candidates will review the 17 Characteristics of an Excellent Member, gaining a thorough understanding of the attributes that contribute to exemplary membership, but more importantly to contribute as an effective community member.

• Self-Evaluation and Reflection:
  • Explore a process to identify personal strengths and areas for improvement related to each characteristic. This reflection aids candidates in developing a clear picture of their current abilities.

• Taking on Personal Challenges:
  • Candidates will be inspired to embark on a personal challenge to put the 17 Characteristics into action within their professional/personal roles. This active implementation cultivates growth and meaningful contributions.

Learning Outcomes

Candidates will have reviewed and internalized the 17 Characteristics of an Excellent Member, assessed their strengths and areas for growth, and set in motion a personal challenge to integrate these attributes into their leadership endeavors. These skills empower candidates to cultivate excellence within their roles, contribute effectively to their communities, and serve as inspiring examples of leadership within their society.

All of the courses have a time expectation. In order to successfully complete Tier 1, you will need to complete/watch each course in its entirety.
