The "Creating Accountability" course is a targeted exploration into the fundamental aspects of fostering accountability within teams and oneself. With a focus on enhancing leadership effectiveness, this program equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to establish and sustain a culture of accountability.

Recognizing Components for Building Personal Accountability:

  • Explore the key components that contribute to individual accountability.

Recognizing Components for Encouraging Mutual Accountability:

  • Understand the dynamics of fostering mutual accountability within a team.
  • Identify strategies for creating an environment where team members hold each other accountable for shared goals.

Engaging in Conversations that Resolve Broken Agreements:

  • Develop effective communication skills for addressing broken agreements within a team.
  • Learn how to navigate crucial conversations that lead to resolution and strengthened accountability.

The course integrates interactive activities and relevant videos to provide Candidates with an engaging and applied learning experience.
