The "Everyday Leadership" course offers candidates a thought-provoking exploration of leadership in its simplest and most impactful forms. In this course, candidates will experience Drew Dudley's compelling TED Talk titled "Everyday Leadership,"
and engage in introspection by recalling their own
"lollipop moment," and revisit core values to align their actions with meaningful leadership principles.
Course Highlights:
- Inspiring TED Talk:
- Candidates will view Drew Dudley's TED Talk, "Everyday Leadership," which sheds light on the significance of small actions and moments in shaping leadership experiences.
- Reflecting on Lollipop Moments:
- Explore personal experiences that embody leadership impact. Candidates will reflect on their own "lollipop moments," recognizing instances where their actions made a positive difference and how to create future moments.
- Revisiting Core Values:
- Review and consider core values that define one's leadership philosophy. Aligning actions with these values enhances authenticity and purpose in everyday leadership.
Learning Outcomes
Candidates will have gained insights into the power of everyday leadership, recognized their own moments of impact, and reinforced their leadership foundation by aligning actions with core values. These skills empower candidates to make a positive difference through their leadership, contribute to a culture of inspiration, and motivate others to recognize and embrace their own capacity for leadership.
All of the courses have a time expectation. In order to successfully complete Tier 1, you will need to complete/watch each course in its entirety.
