Today, diversity in the workplace encompasses a variety of factors such as age, ethnicity, and more, making the work environment more inclusive and accepting of differences among colleagues and leaders. The significance of cultural diversity in the workplace is reflected in its definition, which emphasizes the inclusion of eligible individuals from all backgrounds, regardless of race, region, religion, gender, and other factors. It also ensures that underrepresented groups have equal representation. This Inclusive Leadership course provides access to video speeches and podcasts that explore the importance of cultural diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

As you watch and listen, reflect on how you can become more aware of cultural diversity and how to be a more inclusive leader.
