LiA Module Specializations

You will earn Specializations from Leadership in Action based on the top interpersonal (soft) skills that employers are looking for. Complete all of the Modules and webinars in each category to earn the Specialization, badge and LiA points. These Specializations are a great way to earn your way to your Certification and to continue your Leadership in Action journey after you reached those 75 points. 

The Leadership Center will continue to offer the Leadership in Action program until June 30, 2024.
