In this course, Candidates will embark on an insightful exploration of decision-making within a team context. This course equips Candidates with a comprehensive understanding of various decision-making patterns, enabling them to navigate potential pitfalls and work collaboratively toward effective decision-making.

Applying Decision-Making Patterns:

• Candidates will delve into three common decision-making patterns: command, consultative, and consensus. By understanding these patterns, Candidates will be equipped to choose the most appropriate approach based on the team's needs and dynamics.

Recognizing Groupthink Symptoms:

• Explore the concept of groupthink and its potential impact on decision-making processes. Candidates will learn to recognize symptoms of groupthink and develop strategies to mitigate its influence.

Achieving Team Consensus and Collaboration:

• Candidates will learn techniques to reach a consensus within a team. Understanding how to navigate differing perspectives and achieve alignment is essential for making informed and collaborative decisions.

The course integrates interactive activities and relevant videos to provide Candidates with an engaging and applied learning experience.
