• Candidates will learn the six-step process of delegation, from assigning tasks to monitoring progress. Understanding each step enables Candidates to delegate with clarity and purpose.

Avoiding Pitfalls:

• Explore what not to do when delegating. Candidates will gain insights into common pitfalls and challenges that can arise during the delegation process and learn strategies to overcome them.

The course incorporates interactive activities and relevant videos to provide Candidates with an engaging and applied learning experience.
