Dana Kinsey, Certified Interview Coach at Red Pen Wench will teach you how to leverage your Phi Sigma Pi experience and separate yourself from a crowded field of applicants. Develop the skill set to transform stressful interviews into engaging conversations, drawing from your fraternity involvement to craft a specific, relevant narrative that employers will be eager to hear. You’ve done the work; it’s time to celebrate it and land your dream job.
Workshop Features:
- Guided instruction exploring how to synthesize Phi Sigma Pi’s three ideals, Leadership, Scholarship, and Fellowship, into effective resume builders and talking points.
- Engaging mock interview scenarios with fraternity member volunteers who provide specific highlights from their Phi Sigma Pi service followed by practical tips on how to shape and present them as STAR stories in job interviews.
- Q&A session to address concerns about presenting volunteerism as practical experience, and additional topics.
