ChapterBuilder Recruitment Challenge

Grow Phi Sigma Pi. Win big for your Chapter.

The Phi Sigma Pi Foundation and Phi Sigma Pi National Council have approved an incentive plan for Chapters to utilize and engage with our newly launched partnership with PhiredUp and the rollout of Phi Sigma Pi’s ChapterBuilder.

This year, Phi Sigma Pi is excited to continue our partnership with PhiredUp to provide every Collegiate Chapter with access to ChapterBuilder, a powerful recruitment platform designed to help Chapters organize recruitment efforts, connect with potential new Members, and build stronger recruitment pipelines.

All Collegiate Chapters now have access to ChapterBuilder.

The following individuals will receive access to their Chapter's dashboard:

• Chapter Officers
• Recruitment Advisors

Through ChapterBuilder, your Chapter can manage recruitment, track prospective Members, and collaborate on outreach throughout the recruitment process.

Chapters can earn up to $1,000 by participating in this challenge.

If your Chapter creates or obtains the most leads in your tier in ChapterBuilder by October 15, you will win $1000 to use toward future recruitment efforts, dues, or National Convention registration. Second place, in each tier, will receive $500.

How to Win

We have created three tiers of Chapters based on your university or college’s enrollment size.

Tier 1: Schools with 1 to 15,000 enrolled students

Tier 2: Schools with 15,001 to 30,000 enrolled students

Tier 3: Schools with more than 30,000 enrolled students

Collecting Potential New Member Leads

Every Chapter has a personalized lead submission page where potential new Members can express interest in joining Phi Sigma Pi.

• Interest tables
• Campus involvement fairs
• Social media
• QR codes on recruitment materials
• Friends and classmates interested in learning more about Phi Sigma Pi

Current Chapter Members can also submit leads on behalf of students they meet on campus by completing the form with the student's contact information.

The Chapters that generate the most leads* during the competition will receive financial awards.

This is in addition to the recruitment goal incentives!

*Leads should represent individual students who have expressed interest in Phi Sigma Pi. Uploading or importing general student contact lists or campus directories will not count toward the challenge. 

Challenge Period: August 1 – October 15, 2026

The Chapters that generate the most qualified leads during the challenge period will receive financial awards.

Winning Chapters may apply these funds toward:

• Chapter dues
• National Convention registration
