    Before you commit to being a Big Brother for an Initiate of your Chapter, it’s important that you understand the role and its various responsibilities. This training will provide an overview of the Big Brother role, as well as resources and videos with additional information to ensure your success as a Big.     Through a partnership with EVERFI, Collegiate Members are invited to engage with CommunityEdu’s interactive modules to equip themselves with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure health, safety and inclusion in the Phi Sigma Pi experience.

    Specifically for Phi Sigma Pi’s Collegiate Members, CommunityEdu is a course designed to share ways to create and preserve a healthy, safe and inclusive Brotherhood while encouraging Members to build upon their core values. Through introducing foundational concepts, presenting skill-building activities and providing specific feedback, CommunityEdu will guide Members through how to use their influence in addressing important and relevant issues, including:

    • Use and misuse of alcohol and other drugs;
    • Sexual assault;
    • Hazing; and
    • Mental health.
